Help Razr-ICS Update-WiredHeadset Button not opening voice commands

After update to ICS, my Moto Razr no longer opens voice commands when pressing the earbud button on a wired headset. This worked prior to ICS update. I have read that this may be a glitch but nothing i read pointed to solutions. Is this truly a bug with ICS? Anyone know if this will be fixed or maybe a third party app that will allow me to press my earbud button and open a voice command app?
 
I never tried it with GB, but it definitely doesn't work with ICS for me. I thought it was my cheapo headset! I like using BT, but sometimes it's easier to plug in the wired one. It sucks if I want to make a call since in CA it's illegal to touch the phone while driving. Hope this gets fixed (if in fact, it should work!)

Mine doesn't even hang up the call. Does yours?

Have you posted this on the Moto Owner's Forum or called anyone? They won't fix it if they don't know about it. I can post it on the Moto forum if you want.

Sorry, haven't had a chance to check the forums lately. It appears it's my cheapo headset, since I tried it on my wife's phone and it doesn't prompt the voice commands on her phone either. I think I got it at the Dollar Store, so I'm not too shocked. LOL!

Have you tried your headset on another phone, or tried a different headset on yours to double check?
