Hi:

You might start with this article:
PSA: Android 4.3 Breaks Compatibility With Many Bluetooth Keyboards

Google started a Nexus 7 Support Site:
Google Groups

Here's the thread on Bluetooth problems:

After reading many reports, Paul from Google had the following response on 8/19: "Thanks for the feedback about Bluetooth keyboard compatibility with your new Nexus 7 tablets. We're looking into it." Nothing from Paul since.

About half of the keyboards don't connect at all while the other half suffer repeated keystrokes, gibberish, non-functional with wireless etc. Choose your favorite incompatibility:

My Zagg Flex doesn't work out of the box, but I'm rooted and followed the file deletion instruction posted in one of the bug reports - works perfectly now :)

I was eager to become an early adopter of 4.4, assuming that they would have fixed these glaring problems with bluetooth keyboard support.

Very dissappointed to discover that my Nexus 10 still would not work with my Apple Bluetooth keyboard after upgrading.
