Root Re-flashing using RSD Lite

Hey can anyone with an OG Droid help me out here? I need to reflash the stock rom, but using this method in the link below. I've never done it this way, and I have no idea what RSD lite. Can anyone who has done this please give me step to step on what to do? I'm currently downloading the stock sbf file, but not sure how to actually flash it using RSD or whatever.

No. If anything if the double data deal is still going on you will then get 4gb of data for $30

There's a link on that page you provided that covers the RSD steps fairly well. It also has the links to get the needed files. You'll need it to make use of an .SBF.

I'm tempted to do that again to get a fresh start since the SGN will take longer than we were hoping.

I'm thinking since it's been only 5 minutes since your first post to this post no one has answered. I bet someone will though. I have an Inc so idk
