Help Re-installing Uninstalled Apps

I had uninstalled an app that I later wanted to re-install, and when I went to Market to do that, it showed that it was still installed, and both the "Open" button and "Uninstall" button were both grayed out, so I can't do anything.

Any suggestions as to how I can get this app back? It's called "Vringo", if that helps at all.

Thanks, but no, it didn't do anything to re-enable the download of the app. Drat.

I did like it, but was having problems with my Droid freezing up, and didn't know if that might have been one of the apps responsible or not, so I uninstalled that one and a few others, and that seemed to do it. This is NOT to say, however, that Vringo was the responsible app, but one of them must have been!
