I returned it and got a new one because my cursor was freezing. In reality, it was something of my doing that turns neither myself or ATT had any idea about. Apparently there is a little white light near the top left of the trackpad. When you double touch in that area it turns the pad off and the cursor freezes. I didnt notice the light turn off so I had no idea what was causing my cursor to freeze.
Now that that issue is fixed I can effectively review the new laptop dock I got from ATT.
I dont have tethering so my only option is to use my phones browser or just use it in wifi situations. When I'm at home and have wifi, I kinda like using it. The keys fit nicely in my fingers though sometimes I hit the wrong buttong because maybe the keys are a little small. I wish it had its own speakers because while using the phone's is manageable, the sound could be much better. The screen size is perfect and overall size is perfect for my trips on the bus. I have a Body Glove Case for it and it slides right in, even with the case on, which is great.
The phone powers on the laptop within 20 seconds. The firefox browswer works pretty well and I really like the option of using a keyboard to interact with the phone, especially for texts and chatting. Ive only seen a few videos so far, they look fine, just like they would on my computer.
I think the best part of this whole thing is being able to charge your phone with the dock. I havent tested out just how long the dock lasts, but they say 8 hours or so. I'll test that out in a couple weeks when I go away on business.
Id give it an 8/10 after a few days with it.
