Root Re-unlock bootloader

I relocked my bootloader after realizing I messed up the recovery flash.

so I did a relock with RUU reset.

now top of my bootloader says *** RELOCKED ***

NOW here comes the problem
I re-do the steps to unlock my bootloader
I only find that my bootloader stays in RELOCKED

it did not change at all

and therefore I cant continue with the steps

suggestions anyone?

Found the solution on Rootzwiki by My Computer Doctor(OP)

"I think I might have figured out how to make the Re-Unlock stick the 1st time around... Prior to unlock,
turn the phone completely off... Hold your volume key down and power to restart directly to
fastboot... Then reflash the token and choose "yes" at warning screen and let it reboot. Power system completely
down again (not a Reboot, a full system shutdown) and then turn back on. Now go back into Bootloader
and see if that worked for you... I tried it this way several times before it worked."


Me personally, from relocked stock-->I go reboot--> flash the token(it will auto reboot)-->after it went to stock, I shut down the phone--> turn it on and reboot into bootloader. and succeeded

strange... ive never had issues making the re-unlock "stick" on other devices. if this is a quirk with the DNA,im sure others will find the info useful.
