i am the second owner of this samsung galaxy y
but i forgot to ask the owner what is his samsung
account and password ?? how can i fix this ?
bcoz i cannot do the factory data reset !

You can factory reset the device by:

- Turning off the phone.

- Holding down home, volume up and power until the phone boots into 'recovery' mode.

- Then use the volume keys to select the factory reset option and then use the power button to select it.

That should solve your problem

in settings > accounts and sync > u will see all your connected accounts > select the samsung account which u want and then click on remove account. later u can make ur own account in samsung via pc and u can add it on the same by going to settings > accounts and sync > then add account. thats all. if u liked it please click on thanks!!!
