Help Readers Hub not working

Just got the Tab 2 10.1

Opened Readers Hub and found it not working; most of the 86 comments say the same.

Is there a way to get it working or is it better to give up on Readers Hub and use something else, if so what?

Readers Hub works on my Galaxy S2.

Added stand alone Kobo to Tab 2.

Are there any advantages to using the Readers Hub? I've hidden all my Hub apps.

You have to be connected to the Internet on a reasonably fast connection for the hub to work. I take it you have set up your Google account plus any others such as kindle and amazon marketplace to name a few

Yes Google Account setup; Play Store working.
