Reading Data Serially from an Arduino through microUSB

Hi,

I'm trying to get my Samsung Galaxy SII to read data from an attached Arduino micro controller. The data is being sent serially by the Arduino through a USB cord. I was just wondering if anyone here has done this before and if so is there any tips you could share?
