Reading E-mail out loud?

New to the S4. Is there a setting/app that will read the body of incoming e-mails out loud while driving? I have been able to get this to work for incoming texts using S Voice, but not e-mail (I do get the notification that an e-mail has been delivered).

Previous phone was a BlackBerry (R.I.P.) and used an app called Vlingo that read the first 40 words of tests and e-mails. Was hoping I could do something similar on the S4.

Have you tried Vlingo for Android? Not sure if it has all the features you're looking for, but it is available to try.
