Hi, for the first time since I had my Hero someone sent me a .doc attachment. I can read a part preview on my Hero but how do I read the full doc pls? Is there an app for that?

If you just need to read docs the free one is just fine. However if you are like me and need to edit/create docs the paid version is the way to go. You can use it with word, pdf, powerpoint etc.
