Root Ready to Theme

I am finally ready to theme my wife's NookColor running Phiremod v6.3 and have some quick questions:

1. NK screen resolution?
2. NK status bar resolution?

3. I need an icon theme that will remove the Phiremod themed icons and take my icons back to default/stock 2.3.3 icons

4. I want the Froyo status bar icons, battery, wifi, and white status bar. How do I get that?

5. Will UOT Kitchen work for NK?

I would think UOT would work. Have you checked out themes on XDA?
