Root Real HDMI Artifacts

I have updated my Real HDMI and I still have artifacts. For instance, while playing a video from TV.com I get a rectangle the shape of my DX in the middle of the screen. The video looks great and expands to fill my whole screen. I just can't get rid of that small grey box in the middle. Are there some settings that I am missing? Please help.

Unresolved:
- Leaked rom's still are seeing bars as they don't have newer HDMI Drivers that are in 2.2 OTA release. Not sure if this can be fixed due to differences between 2.2 leaked roms and 2.2 OTA release.
