Help Real Player does not play stream

I am unable to stream the following Real Player link:
rtsp://streamingapps.western.edu/ramgen/broadcast/KWSB.ra?usehostname

I have installed the RealPlayer Beta and it will not work.

Has anyone figured out how to stream real player links?
