Root real reliable HC?

Not sure if this is the place to post this question, I know xda would probably be even better but...

I had read a while ago that HC was 'officially' released to developers. Not sure that it is a true statement.

However, assuming it is, what / when would a stable reliable release come to the NC?

I am jealous of seeing all the new tabs running HC. I have played with them at staples /bestbuy and seem really nice.

The NC is without a doubt the best bang for the buck, it would be great to have HC running without me being a beta site. I use my NC for work, don't want to have to always reboot, etc. So just curious.

I've heard nothing about HC being released and last I heard Ice Cream Sandwich was going to be released before HC. AFAIK, the only HC out there now is graphics-heavy and buggy and doesn't have much serious development which is why most of us here use CM7.

Yes, XDA is where the devs hang out and is a better source, but that's where I get my info.

Not going to happen. Google won't release the source code so all the honeycomb ports so far are just SDK ports that do not work well. They just don't work and will never work without the source code as no hardware acceleration is possible without. You are just going to have to wait fro Ice Cream Sandwich. ICE will be much better than honeycomb anyway.
