Real time GPU monitoring

I've gone googling and failed to find out if there are any apps that monitor a GPU in real time like seepu does for CPU and RAM. So I come here to see if anyone knows of anything... Or if it's even possible
 
what would be the use?

are you trying to find GPU usage in 2d or across different home apps?

I tried to find a similar app and I never found anything like that either. I just assumed it doesnt exist.
