Help Really annoying problem HELP NEEDED!!!!

Hi everytime i get a txt it reads itself out ive tried everything to turn this off but im having no luck anyone got an idea please?
 
You need to turn off driving mode. Double tap the home key to open the voice app. You'll see it enabled in there.
 
I was using handscent but deleted it so using stock now and no it happens all the time regardless of being docked or not
 
It seems to be confused which state its in. Have you tied simply powering the phone down then back on again? This is equivalent to rebooting it.
