how do u check to see if your apps are up to date?

If you bought them from the market...open up the market, press the menu key (most left button on the bottom), and then hit my apps. If there is an update it will tell you next the the app.

Also, sometimes you might get a notification That you have apps with updates. I check for updates twice a week and there is usually something to be updated.
