Root Really need help with QXDM

So I am not familiar with networks at all. I am pretty good at following instructions but IMEI restore guide is not working for me. I input each command one by one and nothing ever happens. COM port is correct as well but im getting nothing

Forgive me I am not familiar with qxdm. What is the command output page? all i did is open up qxdm and under communications clicked the correct com port and below there is a command bar and thats where i entered the command but nothing happens. Am i doing this correctly?
