Root Really need someones help....please

I just installed rubix via clockwork, and it installed fine....all my stuff is gone which was expected...i thought i could get it back with titanium backup.....i downloaded that and i don't see any of my old apps on there (yes i did weekly backups)....am i missing something? where did all of the apps go?

You need to restore your backed up apps. Once you open TiBu press the hard menu button, press "batch" and then select "run" next to "restore all apps with data".
