Help Really strange - Text to speech with s-pen hover in email

For some reason today using my s-pen to hover over emails for the popup info I'm getting the Note2 reading them out to me.
I've checked everywhere, S-Pen settings, talk back settings, car mode, text to speech.
Everything is turned off, I've even done a battery pull, I can't stop my phone reading out my confidential emails in the middle of the office using the stylus lol

Please help, driving me mad.
 
It's driving me mad at the mo.
Doesn't matter what I disable the fecking voice still kicks in, even with the hover part of the s-pen disabled.
wtf!? lol

So going to try a 10 minute battery disconnect and failing that it'll be a factory reset :(

Nothing new that I know of installed that would cause the problem and dev options are disabled.
 
Didn't work, nothing does.

Not sure I have the willpower to factory reset and set everything up again when I could just stop using the s-pen with email.
 
Sussed it!
It was Lightflow causing the problems and there are known issues with all apps that use accessibility options screwing with the Samsung talkback software.

Oh well as the phone has stock LED notifications and I like the email pop-up I've killed Lightflow for the moment, shame because I liked Light flow.
 
I guess that anything that messes with phones at a hardware level (LEDs) is likely to cause problems somewhere.
