Recently I was given the opportunity to review one of these cases. I took it and I must say, I'm impressed. (EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to post the link. Here it is!. BTW, it looks like they're offering free shipping now.)
Of course, just with any case, you can waive goodbye to your dock unless you take off the case. You'll also say goodbye to your belt holster (unless it's oversized). And most likely your pouch, too.
I love my holster, but this case is so comfortable that I've put the holster use to a minimum.
I've had the case for over a week now, I've put light wear and tear on it and it still looks as new as on day one. I've even scratched the case, never mind that nothing happened to the phone, nothing happened to the case either!
I also love the fact that it's not a dust magnet and anything that does accumulate is easily taken off. Just one wipe with your fingers and it's gone.
The case fits the phone like a dream. It's so easy to put on and take off. At first I thought the sides were a little lose when the case was put on, I thought it could easily fall off. Then I tried holding it by the side and shaking the phone, it didn't even move.
The cut outs? They're perfect! Not even a millimeter is covering any of the speakers, USB or HDMI port. The only thing I have an issue with is the headset jack. I wish it were a little thinner on the top, so that the 3.5mm jack wouldn't fall out easily. However, this only happens to one of my jacks (one of my male to male for my car stereo), so it could be a non-issue for you if the butt of the jack isn't too big.
And the camera cutout? Well besides being perfect to the mm, it is also raised. So now, you're free to put down your phone flat on it's back like it's sunbathing at the beach. Without a worry. Now I know that the G2x is made so that the back cover also serves as a protector to the camera (not the flash), but why would I even want to scratch the back cover? Now I have the chance to preserve both.
This brings me to the power and volume buttons. I never thought I could possibly say this, but after adding the cover, pressing those buttons became much easier than without it. All my previous covers (for different phones) were pretty bad at that, it felt as if the cover would slip a little and you'd be pressing down on a plastic part of phone with just a minimal press of the actual button. I think I love this part the most and it might be the reason why I'm always so reluctant to take off the cover at any time.
There's a cutout on the top left corner of the phone (facing the phone from the back cover) and it is my understanding that there is an antenna there, so you really can't fault them for that. I never tried dropping the phone on that end, but I tried sliding it on surfaces and I don't believe that the phone actually touches any part of the surface. I believe that the cutout was carefully crafted so that the parts around it would absorb the damage.
The only thing that still bothers me about this cover is the feel of it. The first few days it was more notable than today, but it felt slippery, as if the phone was trying to fall out of my hand. When I showed my brother the cover, the first thing he said was "why's it so slippery?" Over time though, I think it has gotten better, or I've just gotten more used to it.
The price is also fair. I know this sounds cliche, but you get what you pay for (most of the time) and many of the other covers I've had (ranging from cheap Amazon four dollar brands to other companies 13 dollar ones) never got me the same satisfaction as this one did.
Also if you're a fan of color like I am (I could see myself having all those covers, save for the pink, haha) I think that's one pretty darn nice collection they've got. Once I get a little bored of my red cover, I will most certainly be getting a different cover along with a audio cap. It looks like the audio cap could fool a lot of people thinking it's the power/unlock button.
I'd give the product a 4.5 out of 5.
EDIT: Forgot to add the pictures too!
EDIT: Also forgot to mention. If anyone is sporting a Zagg or similar screen/full body protector, the Rearth cover plays nicely with them.

) so that was definitely a plus for me. You have replacements. And 3 for $1.99?! What a deal!
