Root reboot into recovery doesn't work! HELP! Ascend1

Okay I have been searching and RAGING for three days now because I rooted my Ascend and now I can't flash a new ROM on it. This is the hardest most frustrating thing I have ever done. here is EXACTLY whats going on and what I've done:

1. I rooted my phone with gingerbreak (1.2) i believe
2. Achieved SuperUser
3. Downloaded ROM Manager
4. Flashed ClockworkMod Recovery 3.0.0.5 because thats the one that it automatically did when i chose my phone.
5. Found a ROM that I wanted via ROM manager under the download ROM section
6. Went through and did the steps and click to backup current ROM as well as the other two options.
7. It said it went through and then my phone rebooted. The white screen popped up with the Huawei logo and it just stays there and NEVER goes into recovery mode.

I have tried to do a manual reboot into recovery and i get the same thing. Nothing works. Please help me.

you can reply to this post or you can email me and get it to me super quick. Just please help me before I throw this phone out the window.

Grab the 09132011 PlayfulGod CM7.2 ROM and the 0613 gapps from the Handy Ascend Downloads sticky and flash it using the method in Ultimate Ascend Customization Guide. ROM Manager isn't exactly foolproof.

yes but in doing that flash isnt it going to want to reboot into recovery? because reboot into recovery IS NOT working at all!

Go ahead and grab the 3.0.2.8 CWM from the Handy Links and flash that one according to the Ultimate Guide. Don't use ROM Manager at all. It's a much more hands on, manual type method, but much more reliable. Then flash your ROM. Let us know how it goes.

Also, it's been said many times that you have click "Flash CWM Recovery" twice in Rom Manager. The first time downloads it, second actually flashes it. I'm guessing that's what you missed.

If you have access to a computer you can try to do whats called fastboot it on.
Make sure you have usb debugging checked in settings>apps>development of the phone. To get into Fastboot mode - end key, volume down and tap the power. should stay on the white huawei screen.Download this http://www.mediafire.com/?xpca4xosm6ugj4m extract the files to your desktop open it and double click the following files (theres 3 different ones one for linux, one for mac, one for windows. run the ones that match your os on your comp)

adb
fastboot
install recovery

once done unplug and pull out the battery and wait a couple seconds and then try to reboot into cwr by the send key, volume up and tap the power
