Help Reboot

My android device is rebooting over and over and over again in safe mode, tried to press and hold de MENU and ENDCALL button but does not work, anyone knows please any solution before i send the phone to sprint tech?

try a battery pull and just let it sit there for about 20 seconds then try to boot it up after putting the battery back in
