Root Rebooted very often after I installed broken out...

It could be caused by a few things, here are the most common causes...

Refurbished phones tend to have sub par parts and the CPU may be crashing under over clock loads.

Occasionally a glitch may occur when flashing a time and random reboots can be a symptom.

When downloading a rom always check the downloaded file sizes against what the upload site says it should be...

Try redownloading and flashing the rom... also, ditch no frills CPU and get a program that let's you set time based profiles.

Set profiles for underclocking, standard speed and overclock settings to see if your CPU is up to par.

My unit is a refurbished phone I believe... also even when I wouldnt overclock at all it would reboot .... it was happining very often. Idk. But I just went ahead and reinstalled zva. And I havent got one hiccup or reboot.

It could just be your individual phone rejecting the instructions for the kernel. We (some of the more advanced users) are aware of the fact that there's a bug in the kernel somewhere deep that's causing all the issues with clocks sticking, etc. and it COULD be that very bug that's exposing a new glitch into your phone, and causing the reboots. It's a slight chance, but it's a chance.
I always seem to find the really good glitches no one else does...maybe I got lucky, and spread that to you :P
