Help Reboots after you swpie the unlock screen?

So I rooted my fiances Inspire about 8 months ago and everything went great. Then a week ago her screen is black and it will not do anything. So I do a factory reset through the 4ext Recovery bootloader. (I think that is right. It was 4ext and I did the factory reset, just not sure its called a bootloader. Still new to rooting and all)

Anyway, I finally got it to boot all the way up to the lock screen. Little ring, you swpie it and it unlocks and shows your home screen. Well when you swipe it to unlock the phone...it reboots. Then gets all way to the lock screen...swipe...reboot.

Do any of you fine and intelligent people have a clue what my next step should be? She is using my old Inspire with a cracked screen and is getting kinda "not-fun" to be around. LOL

Open a browser and go to Google Play Log into her account (or have her do it) and download a different launcher to the phone. If the launcher is crashing, you'd get what you describe.

It could be something else too, but that's a fast simple thing to try.

O.K. Worth a shot. One thing though. If it reboots as soon as you touch the lock screen with your finger, how will the new launcher be able to be selected?
