Reboots and Gtalk

I have had about 8-10 reboots on my phone since I got the GNEX VZW (ordered it day of launch).

I think about 75% of those have been while using Talk (formerly GTALK). The app doesn't start running slow or anything the phone just goes instantly black. Then I need power it back on, so I guess it's not a reboot it's more of a shutdown.

As anyone else noticed this?

I also heard that Talk as been upgraded in 4.0.4 anyone know what the changes are? Perhaps addressing this bug?

I've been using talk constantly and have never experienced nor heard of anyone experiencing this problem.Not saying you aren't, just that its not a common or known occurrence. Did you check the android code bug reports?

I've seen some complaints of force closes, not many, but no reports of a reboot/shutdown.

I did not, just skimmed through them now, after you posted the link. It kinda sucks because I can't send it a report, because I don't get an opportunity, it just powers off the phone.

You can try submitting a problem manually. If you go into Talk (assuming it stays open for a few minutes?) click the menu button in the upper right and choose "send feedback". It won't include the force close report but at least you can report the problem.
