Reboots and the extended battery

I've had the Commando now for a few months and it has been a fairly trouble free device. A couple of weeks ago I bought the extended battery. Now I'm starting to have the random reboots that so many others have posted about. So, you folks having the random reboots, how many are using the big battery? I'm looking for a pattern, because I don't have one, just random reboots one at least every 25-30 hours.

When I got my big battery, I did the charge routine that was suggested for the normal battery:

1. Charge all the way
2. Discharge all the way
3. Re-charge all the way

I haven't had any reboot issues with the big battery.

Huh...

I don't know of its the battery or something else. This is not going to work for me as it is. I switched back to the droid until I can get this figured out, I do like the ease of SIM cards. ICS is a mature operating system, there is no reason for this.

I've used the extended battery for a couple of months now with no constant random reboot problems. It has rebooted a couple of times however.

Phone is pretty much stock, not rooted.

I can do 1 day and then charge on the night of the second day. Some places I go have weak signal and that tends to suck the bottom out of a battery.
