ZTE Grand X Max+ reboots at random times, is this normal? No malware, using lookout. Stumped....

Welcome to Android Forums.

This thread was moved to the forum dedicated to your device.

I don't have your device. I would suggest doing a Wipe Cache Partition deleting all temporary data and if it continues try running in Safe Mode. If the problem stops it is caused by an app that you added.

It shouldn't be considered normal to me. My ZTE Grand Max Plus is also rebooting itself randomly I've noticed it does it mainly when I'm texting. This all started after I did the update. I too am stumped. How do I fix this problem?

So far I haven't had the issue on 4.4.4 that I have seen. But I would start clearing app history and see if the problem goes away.I have seen issues with the out of memory errors and many phones will reboot on their own not just this one..

I have a BLU Studio Mini LTE with KitKat 4.4.2 and I have been experiencing this problem for about a month now. Occurring at random intervals and no particular feature being used or just Idle. I have yet to call the companies Tech Dept. At least I have confirmed It's not just cheap clone hardware. This has otherwise been a good replacement. I have tried a factory reset and it did not make any difference.
