Help received no texts or calls

Received no text or calls until I restarted the phone. anyone have ideas why this would happen?

Same problem. For me its getting worse. used to happen once every 2 days, then once a day and now multiple times a day. Going to Verizon tomorrow, might come back with a different device. This thing is buggy

So far its just once but I am going to keep and eye on it. If I wake up one morning with no tests ( I always get certain news alerts) I will worry then.

Have you try to get a call to your phone?

As soon as I restarted the phone everything worked as normal.
