Help Receiving call with ID ringtone

My work buddy told me he hates when he receives a call and not only you hear the ring tone he set, but also on top of ring tone, the caller ID announces who is calling. My buddy would like this removed. I went over the settig and for the life of me I cant disable that feature.

Any body please help me.

I think it is in settings/accessibility/talkback then on bottom of the screen is settings. Then you can uncheck speak caller ID or on the main talkbalk screen turn off talkback.

Unchecked talk back and still get notified the caller calling.
