Almost a month since they received my bill and still has not been approved!!! MAybe I should submit again????

Have you called customer care:1-800-937-8997?

Since it has been over a month since mine was received it looks like I will need to place a call soon. More than 4 weeks after it is received and then it could be more than 8 weeks after it is accepted? That is a long time to wait especially if it gets rejected the first time like others have encountered.

I did call and they said not much they can do and that it can take up to 8 weeks just for the approval!!!!! It has been over 4 weeks since they received my final bill and still no approval or denial! Has anyone actually gotten their reimbursement yet or is this a sham?

No its not a sham, most likely just trying to make sure people aren't just signing up for the ETF reimbursements then bolting. This way they make sure you stay with them for a few billing cycles before sending out your etf money.

Got a TMo free text last night informing me that my "EFT Mastercard" is being processed and should arrive in about 2 weeks. No sham......

OK ETF has been approved. It took a little over a month but all set now. Says I should have it in a couple weeks.

Yesterday I received my debit Mastercard in the mail with my ETF reimbursement on it. Already used it today to pay off my T-Mobile bill.

My ETF was approved on the 12 and the prepaid card should be arriving soon hopefully. Im confused in how much they are giving me though... how do you know? and second... what if i already paid off the reimbursement with my own money, will I be able to use that prepaid card for other stuff. thanks!

Everyone would have paid off the etf prior to being reimbursement t-mobile, no other way around that. Yes the card can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted. The amount you should know by looking at your final bill.

I switched 9 lines from Verizon to tmobile in May 14. I am STILL waiting for the etf reimbursement. We have submitted the requested documentation twice and still nothing. To top it off...the service is horrible. I have a signal booster from tmobile in my home and still have crap service. Also you should know that their claim that you get 1gb of 4glte then slow to 2g is a lie. They give you 1 gb of date (doesn't matter if it is 4g or extended) then they slow you down.

Tmobile used to be a good company, but now are just a scam

I have been waiting 14 weeks for mine. It has been a complete nightmare. We applied for the etf reimbursement in the first week of October for 4 lines. The amount I was approved for is $1150. I have been told 4 different dates that it mailed out but it did not. Everytime I call to check it's an hour to get somebody on the phone now I'm being told that there is a possibility that they mailed it to an address that I have never even lived at and it may take an additional 3 to 4 weeks to get another one to me. That's 18 weeks total. Should have stayed with verizon.

I have been waiting since 9/23/2014 to receive my reimbursement from T-Mobile, they also let me listen to a recording that said it was mailed out December 3, 2014, still noting!!!!! DO NOT SWITCH - I THINK IT IS A SCAM

I submitted my ETF bill online @ switch2tmobile.com Jan 18 and and two weeks later i got an email and text stating that they received it and would be up for review shortly. Just last week i got another email and text stating once again that my ETF submission would be reviewed. Just today i got an email stating that my submission was declined because the bill that was submitted didn't have a valid ETF charge on it. Really??? I reviewed everything i sent them and it was all there. I smell something fishy!
Well i submitted it online again and i'm going to mail one in as well.

T-Mobile Sucks!!! I was with AT&T and was promised a ETF reimbursement however, I switched any way because of their family plan and my bill would be much cheaper. After being on TMobiles network I rather pay for the more expensive service because it makes my phone run better. I switched on February 2,2015. My ETF wasn't approved until 3/28/15. As of today I still havent received my ETF Card , and my final bill was due on March 25,2015. Fooling with Tmobile they will have you in collections before you receive the CARD.. If i would have know this I would have never switched services!!! DO NOT SWITCH PEOPLE..!!!

If/when you get the ETF reimbursement from T-Mobile, please let us know. I just switched on Wed, so it will be a while before mine comes in. Did you have any problems using the prepaid master card. etc. etc

Thanks

I switched over last fall and got my ETF card without any issues. It took about a month for it to arrive. Just enough time for me to forget about it and be pleasantly surprised when almost 200 bucks showed up in the mail!

Yesterday marks 8 weeks since my initial submission with 3 lines, it has yet to be processed. I called and was told there was a problem with it and I had to submit again, which I did. Today I see that the second submission was denied because of a submission that has already been processed (I still haven't been notified). The first submission still has not been approved...I'm so Frustrated with this..I should have never switched, this process is completely flawed. I have called several times with no luck..I am Fed Up with T-Mobile!!!
