Root Recently Rooted, "device not qualified for bootloader unlock."

You can use the fastboot files you restore it completely to stock. You'll have to do that regardless though when the official JB update comes around. It does however delete every file you have on your phone so I guess if it's not such a big deal then it can be done. I'd figure its too much of a hassle at this point.

Need RSD 6.0 or higher and the motorola usb drivers, which you can google for.

You'll have to re-root it. It just puts your phone back to the "right out of the box" state. It's definitely re-rootable, I've done this myself.
