Reception gone byebye with 2.2

Along with my battery life draining in a few hours I now am getting awful reception/coverage. At work I was receiving full service before my update and now im showing 0 bars and -101 dbm... w t f? damn you google. F U for ruining my phone.

you might consider "rooting" your phone, then you can pick your baseband, including going back to the previous baseband. the battery issues is covered and mentioned by others in other threads

Yep *228 opt 2 fixed it for me.

Droid unrooted using the ota update and reception is better.i did do a battery pull and *228 option 2 after the upgrade. Hope it helps.
