Reception problem with Galaxy Y

Hi,

I got the phone a month back , and it got really a bad reception. Lossing signals atleast 3 to 4 times a day, Either you should restart to bring it back or wait for sometime to get back.

I suggested Galaxy Y for my friend " He is also getting the same problem now"

Does anyone facing the same.......

Cant say I have, always had a good signal and no dropouts. What firmware you on?.

Thanks for your reply. After getting the problem again and again , i have updated from 2.3.5 to 2.3.6.......

Did you get dropouts with 2.3.5?.

Yeah i got more dropouts in 2.3.5. But its better in 2.3.6, still the problem exists.....

i have yet to encounter about signal problems(only with wifi).

have you tried using another provider? or be in another geographical location?
