Help recieving email/outlook

hi i have 3 email accounts set up 2 hotmail which i have no problem with and microsoft outlook for months no problem.the last few weeks i have been recieving around 4 emails in 20.does anyone know what the problem could be thanks

Is this with the stock email client on the handset? If they use POP3, try switching to IMAP.
