Help Reciving a txt from 6967

I am curious if anyone gets this message from time to time?

6967: FREE MSG As a Total Equipment Coverage customer, you've got Mobile Recovery! Click [link], Data charges may apply.

There is a link, but I wasn't sure if I should post it or not. However, am I supposed to do this? I do have insurance that I pay each month through Verizon, but I have been getting this from time to time.

I am rooted, and I am not sure if this is something they can take and detect something like this. Is this something that is needed to be clicked on, or what? As you can tell, I don't know. LOL
