I use the Galaxy Nexus 2100 mAh Extended battery and it is an awesome addition. I can easily get over a day and a half on 1 charge with it(that is with moderate to heavy use)
For my SD card I use a Samsung 32GB class 10 card I picked up at Fry's during a sale and have had zero issue with it as well.
I actually just went back to the stock battery. I had been using an Andida 2250 mAh battery, but I started actually getting less battery life than the stock.
I was using a 32 GB, Class 4 San Disk card, but recently started using a 16 GB, Class 6 San Disk Mobile Ultra card.
Since the video camera on our phones can record 1080p, I would recommend class 6 or higher for its faster read/write times(which can also help in app load times). Class 4 is not a problem if you're going to be using it for photos
I use to have the Lexor 32gb class 10 microsd card in my Atrix till I lost the phone =/
but like nesto, I also got the samsung 32gb class 10 microsd, I think I paid $38 for the card at Frys
