Recommendation for a device

I recently started looking for an android device and ran across the one at the link below. It doesn't seem to have a name on any site. All I can find is the processor description. It appears on quite a few Chinese sites.

The thing that intrigued me about it is the 1024 x 600 display in the 7" form factor. That should make for a great screen. But as this would be my first android purchase, is there something I should be considering that I'm not?

Do not buy from them, you don't even know if they are reuptable, you don't want to make that investment and than when it comes, it turns out to be a dud.

If you're saying to not buy from them, is there anything out there that has similar specs 7" Capacitive screen, 1024x600 resolution, camera etc...?
