Recommended docking stations?

I'm looking for a docking station that has space for charging a spare battery, either internal speakers or audio out, and at least one usb port to either connect to my pc or charge by bluetooth headset.

Amazingly I can't find anything that does all of that!

What do other people use?

I searched for a long time for any type of docking station for Android phones and finally found the Phillips ones on Amazon. They don't have the external battery charging ability but they are a great dock in regards to sound and charging you phone while in the dock. The software is rather flakey and crude in design but isn't really needed anyways.
