Help Recommended Stylus? If Possible? Also Sensitivity Adjustments?

Title says it all. I'm bored and I enjoy playing Draw Something so I wanted to know if there is any recommended stylus for the Samsung Infuse? Also, does the phone contain settings to adjust touch screen sensitivity?

Just go out and get a stylus, one that says it works with iphone and stuff like that. Galaxy note ones will not work, different screen technology.
