Help Recorded sound problem on playback

@juddy i said so, as u replaced it 4 times and its the same issue.

did u come across any set that dont have the issue (from the store where u bought dont they have one on demo ?)

People wont notice it as it is a small high frequency hiss sound[May be people between some age group can only hear it LOL :D ].

If you capture a video under a noisy BG, u wont notice the hiss much. It gives the feeling that the sounds are so deeply captured.

What i came across is that, the hiss sound is coming from the left channel [Try with ur earphones while playing the captured video]

It should be something wrong with the noise reduction algorithm for one of the mic

Did you look at the video.. its more than a hiss.. yes there are many people who dont have the problem, all you need to do is look at every video on youtube recorded with the one x.. i think you may be thinking of a different noise..

Hopefully you get further than i did with them.. I just checked with my phone carrier about my phone and they said that they rejected the DOA and are sending the phone back as they couldnt hear the problem! Even though everyone else in the shop heard the same thing..

See what happens when i get the phone back on friday.. am thinking about going up the galaxy s3
 
Well got my phone back and it still is doing the same thing so bye bye one x.. bit dissapointing really, i did like the phone.

Spent an hour on the phone with my phone carrier and they have agreed to upgrade me to the new galaxy s3 for no charge.. hopefully that one works as it should!
 
Actually, i have the same phone HTC ONE X, with the same sound problem. But as i tried the sound recording it was ok, and i thought that it was not a hardware problem. So i downloaded another camera app and there was no noise as i expected
