The answer is yes of course. its very simple to do. go to your market app, then search for "IP Webcam" by Pas its free, then visit the ip adress on your screen. Before you touch the "Start Server" on the UI make sure to click "run in the background" that way you can hit your home button and still have the video going. This couldn't be any more simpler.
