Hi Princess23, and welcome to AF :)

There are many apps that can make backups of your messages, either to sd or to cloud storage (e.g. your Gmail account), either manually or automatically. However, if they have been deleted without a backup being made then unfortunately I don't think there is anything you can do.

Unfortunately as above, unless they are backed up online or to your sd card, there is no way to recover them.

Welcome aboard, sorry to hear about your text, but as they said if they were not backed up in some way, then they are gone.
