Here is a brief issue of what is going on. My Fiance decided he wanted to Root his new phone like he did with his last. Now that it is messed up he is looking to me for help. I keep getting the following I have tried the whole heimdall thing and that goes OK until the flash part then NOTHING.

lfs done open fail

When for example I try wiping cache:
I receive error:
E:format_volume: rfs format failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p3
---
When for example I try a factory reset:
I receive errors:
E:format_volume: rfs format failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p1
and
E:format_volume: rfs format failed on /dev/block/stl11
and
(same as wiping cache error)
And then it displays: Data wipe complete..when it obviously isn't.
Please! any help is greatly appreciated!
