Root Recovery help

Ok so im having problems with my phone and was going to take it to verizon to get a replacement So i was trying to do the reset back to 2.0.1. That way they cant see root.

Well i get into recovery on phone. And the load up rsd. And the find the sbf. But i cant click start.

Any one have any ideas on why this is happening?

are you running Vista? i had this problem so i got it to run on an XP machine.

Yeah I'm on vista. Ill try doing it on my XP and see what I get
