Recovery image

Quick question, what is the point of, or benefit of, having a different recovery image. Also if you do have multiples, how would you switch between them?

i believe you have different recovery screens with different recovery images..also i think you can switch between them using rom manager app

Keep in mind, once you make a nandroid backup, you MUST use the same RA version if you ever need to restore. Example if you made nandroid from 1.5.2 you must use 1.5.2 to be able to restore.
