Per their replacement policy, class a replacements are during the first 30 days after activation and come with a new one year warranty from activation, they don't do class but, class c are just a bare phone in a plain box, they come with the greater of a 30 day or remainder of your original warranty.

worked at bestbuy, bought THEIR replacement warranty 1 year for like 10 bucks or less, get a brand new in box anytime i need it, just purchase a new warranty [use a friends discount since i moved WAY up since those days]

With a class a yes, class c is the longer of the remainder of your original phone or 30 days.

well I got it straight. $ext recovery with hboot 1.5 and running my Mobsterz/unSENSEable. Im still having random reboot issues.. looks like its hardware related. This will my my 6th replacement with Virgin... I wonder when they willl tell me F_uck You.. " we have given you numerous replacements"

Lol well I don't think they can do anything as long as you're under warranty period.

I was on my ROM . Mobsterz/unSENSEable. and I still got random reboots. I called Virgin.. they are sending out another one. They just back my old replacement 1 week ago.... lol.. they didnt say anything. they are just sending it out. I love their replacement policies

Were you demanding a replacement when you called? I called them earlier today, was being polite and explained to her that my phone has stopped working, won't turn on and won't even charge. She insisted that I get a new battery send my way to try it and see if it would boot. I was like alright....

Later I called again and got a different representative, I sounded more demanding and said I have a defective Evo V 4G that isn't working at all, and I would like a replacement.

He quickly said they would send me a replacement, gave me the order number on the phone and bam, the replacement is being shipped right now overnight with FeDex.

I always tell them the touch screen is unresponsive. Just so i don't have to deal with the monkeys troubleshooting.
