Which variant of the One do you have? The M7, M8 or M9?
If the M8/9, can you remove the SD Card, put it in a card reader and run something called Recuva from a PC?
Pretty much all of the Android Recovery apps/programs are bogus and only recommended by spammers who work for the company they're promoting so stay away from wondershare etc.

^this. Don't be conned mate. Only the police/nsa/whatever really have the resources to restore data from the internal sd of a phone
