Root Recovery Problem?

I was wondering why every time i try to back up my current rom it says in recovery "bad cache update.zip" or something along those lines
whats going on? i have also downloaded this Backup

*facepalm* after 3 hours of messing around i just re-flashed clockwork recovery again backed up successfully.

Yep...as you found out, Clockwork needs to be reflashed once in a while, mostly after installing a new ROM, but I've also had to do it for reasons unknown.
